Backing up your data is very vey important, Zivaris provide backup tools to backup the whole site or specific files. We strongly suggest you make your own backup on a weekly basis.

Zivaris backs up all customer data on a weekly basis and endevours to maintain a high level of data integrety. However, Zivaris cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or business revenue.

PLEASE make sure you have a backup stratergy in place if you cannot afford to loose your site and data.
