Zivaris provide Home or Office computer support services in the Essex area. We are based in Grays Essex and cover the surrounding area providing assistance in PC/Server setup and configuration, Networking, health checks and upgrades, installation of anti spyware programs, virus removals, backup solutions and PC system recoveries.
Our Support is offered on either a flat hourly fee or a monthly subscription. There are NO call out charges.
We can remotely monitor your systems 24x7 to provide proactive support. More than 90% of issues are resolved remotely, many even before you know you have them.
With monthly subscription pricing from £100 per month and no long-term contract to tie you down this is an excellent, cost-effective service.
Single attendance fees start from £30 per hour with a minimum booking time of 1 hour.
ZIVARIS REPAIR SERVICE
Problem with your PC or Laptop? Need software installed or removed? Zivaris can collect a faulty item or you can drop the item off to us at a pre-arranged time.
There is a one off fee of £25 if dropped off and collected by you or £35 if collected and delivered back by us plus any parts which may be required. Any extra costs will be cleared with you prior to proceeding. Once the item has been repaired we can drop the unit off or you can collect. If we cannot fix the problem, no fee will charged.
